Deciding upon the Motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 18 October 2014 partly granting the Prosecution Motion and ordered the Suspects Marijan Jovanović and Slavko Jovanović into one-month custody. Under the said Decision, the custody may last until 17 November 2014 or pending a new Decision of the Court.

Deciding upon the Motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 17 October 2014 partly granting the Prosecution Motion and ordered the Suspects Stevo Jovanović and Milosav Jovanović into one-month custody. Deciding upon the Motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 17 October 2014 partly granting the Prosecution Motion and ordered the Suspect Zdenko Andabak into one-month custody. Under the said Decision, the custody may last until 15 November 2014 or pending a new Decision of the Court. Having reviewed the submitted evidentiary material, the Court found that there is grounded suspicion that the Suspect committed the criminal offense alleged against him, and ordered the custody because of the circumstances suggesting the risk of flight and a fear that the Suspect, if released, could hinder the proceedings by influencing witnesses, accomplices and aiders or abettors, or that he might destroy, hide, alter or falsify evidence or clues important for the criminal proceedings.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed on 2 October 2014 the Indictment under which the Accused Miodrag Josipović and Branimir Tešić are charged with the criminal offense of Genocide in violation of Article 171(a) and (c) as read with Article 180(1) and Article 31 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Third-instance Verdict for Suad Kapić sent out

The third-instance panel of the Appeals Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent out the third-instance Verdict dated 09 September 2014 which partly upheld the appeal by the Defense Counsel for the Accused Suad Kapić and modified the Verdict of 11 September 2009 in terms of the applicable criminal code in as much as the Accused Suad Kapić is found guilty of the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War in violation of Article 144 of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia and in terms of the pronounced sentence in as much as the Accused Kapić is sentenced to prison term of twelve (12) years. The time the Accused Kapić spent in custody and the time he spent serving prison sentence shall be credited towards the pronounced sentence.
Third-instance Verdict for Šefik Alić sent out

The third-instance panel of the Appeals Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent out the third-instance Verdict dated 22 September 2014 which partly upheld the appeal by the Defense Counsel for the Accused Šefik Alić and modified the Verdict of 20 January 2011 in terms of the applicable criminal code in as much as the Accused Šefik Alić is found guilty of the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War in violation of Article 144 as read with Article 22 and Article 30 of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia and in terms of the pronounced sentence in as much as the Accused Alić is sentenced to prison term of eight (8) years, The time the Accused Alić spent in custody and the time he spent serving prison sentence shall be credited towards the pronounced sentence.

Naser Hasić, Nedžad Hasić and Zehrudin Šahinović found guilty

Following the trial, the Panel of the Appeals Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina handed down on 6 October 2014 the Verdict under which the Accused Naser Hasić and Nedžad Hasić are found guilty of the continued criminal offense of Unauthorized Production and Sale of Narcotic Drugs in violation of Article 238(2) as read with (1) of the Criminal Code of FBIH as read with Article 55 and Article 31 of the Criminal Code of FBIH, and the Accused Zehrudin Šahinović is found guilty of the criminal offense of Unauthorized Production and Sale of Narcotic Drugs in violation of Article 238(2) as read with (1) of the Criminal Code of FBIH , all in conjunction with Article 31 of the Criminal Code of FBIH. To that regard, the Court sentenced the Accused Naser Hasić to prison term of 3 (three) years and 4 (four) months, the Accused Nedžad Hasić to prison term of 3 (three) years and the Accused Zehrudin Šahinović to prison term of one (1) year.
