Tihomir Čule ordered into custody

Deciding upon the Motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued the Decision on 16 May 23013 in the case v. Fatmir Murtezi et al. ordering the Suspect Tihomir Čule into one-month custody which may last until 15 June 2013.

A group of political science students from Belgrade visited today the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The visit is organized in co-operation with the OSCE which organizes seminars and courses for students from Faculties in Serbia within the War Crimes Justice Project.

Suspects in the case v. Fatmir Murtezi et al. ordered into custody

Deciding upon the Motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued the Decision on 15 May 23013 in the case v. Fatmir Murtezi et al. ordering the Suspects Sezair Abdij, Duško Ostojić, Dragan Vujić and Danijel Ivoš into one-month custody which may last until 14 June 2013. In relation to the suspect Fatmir Murtezi, the Court has previously rendered the decision ordering him into one-month custody.

Deciding upon the custody review, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision on 15 May 2013 terminating custody of the Accused Saša Stjepanović which was ordered by the Decision of 23 September 2010, and ordering the following prohibiting measures:

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 8 May 2013 terminating custody of the Suspects Blaž Ivković, Vera Ivković, Borislav Bajić and Novica Trklja which was ordered under the Decision of 14 April 2013.
Gojko Kličković and Mladen Drljača aquitted under the final and binding Verdict

Following the completion of the main trial, the Section I for War Crimes, the Appeals Division of the Court of BIH, pronounced on 7 May 2013 the Appeals Verdict under which the Accused Gojko Kličković and Mladen Drljača are acquitted of the charges for the Crimes against Humanity in violation of Article 172 (1) (h) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the CC of BIH) as read with Article 180(1) of the CC of BIH. The Accused Kličković and Drljača are acquitted of the charges because it has not been proven beyond reasonable doubt that they committed the criminal offense they were charged with.
Indictment in the case v. Lazar Bajović et al. confirmed

On 6 May 2013, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment under which Lazar Bajović, Milan Vujović, Duško Vujović, Darko Vujović, Miloš Ždrale, Slaviša Đurica, Josip Jukić, Radivoje Bajović, Božidar Radovanović and Ante Jukić are charged with the criminal offense of Organizing a Group or Association for Smuggling or Distribution of Goods on Which Duties Were Not Paid while Ivica Sabljo is suspected of the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority.
Appeals Verdict to be handed down in the case v. Gojko Kličković et al.
