Babić Miloš
Judge

Served as a judge at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 8 May 2002 to 11 March 2018, and then also from 1 June 2018 to 11 March 2020. 

Judge Milos Babić graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Sarajevo. Mr. Babic completed his postgraduate studies, Master\'s and PhD degrees in Belgrade and spent six months specializing at the Lomonosov School of Law, University of Moscow. He is the author of four books, 70 scientific papers, and 13 references in the Yugoslav General Encyclopaedia of Law. 
 
In 1998, he became a full-time Professor at the Law Faculty in Banja Luka.Judge Babic has participated in various law-making projects and expert groups. He was a leader of the team in charge of drafting the commentary on the Criminal Law of BiH and the co-author of a Criminal Law commentary for a cooperative project of the European Commission and the European Council.
 
He was an Editor in Chief of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Srpska that entered into effect in 2000. He is the President of the Association for Criminal Law and Criminology of the Republic of Srpska. Judge Babic was a member of the team which established the Council for War Crimes. He was appointed on 8 of May 2005 as a Judge of the Court of BiH.
By Decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, on 1 June 2018 he was appointed additional judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
