The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina hosted today, 20 April 2023, members of the UA ELSA Mostar, the association gathering students of the Faculties of Law of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar and the University of Mostar.

Within the visit to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the members of the UA ELSA Mostar had an opportunity to speak with the representatives of the Legal Department, Witness Support Section and Public Outreach and Information Section of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The members of the UA ELSA Mostar were very interested in learning about the organization of the Court and the trial process, having showed a particular interest in the activities and work of the Witness Support Section and the work of legal officers, namely the manner in which they provide assistance to the Court’s panels. In addition, the students had an opportunity to see a video-footage of a hearing held in a war crime case, where a witness with the granted protective measures gave evidence.

The students extended their gratitude and thanks for a good quality organization of the visit and the useful information they learned on this occasion.
