Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and School of Law, University of Sarajevo, Continue Cooperation Agreement Implementation

Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Judge Jadranka Brenjo Thursday held a presentation at the School of Law, University of Sarajevo, on the topic of “Competition Law in the Case Law of the Court of BiH.”

 

Last June, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the School of Law, University of Sarajevo, signed an Agreement on Scientific, Educational and Professional Cooperation. The Agreement covers several aspects of cooperation, namely

  1. Lectures and Presentations,
  2. Students,
  3. Professional Gatherings, and
  4. Research.

 

According to the Agreement, the Court and the School of Law have defined the first quarterly Calendar of Activities, which specified the steps to be taken for the development of a higher degree of cooperation between the two judicial and educational institutions

 

Judge Brenjo held a presentation for the second-cycle students at School of Law, University of Sarajevo. This is the fourth such presentation held in the framework of implementation of this segment of the Cooperation Agreement, which will include a series of lectures and presentations by representatives of the Court and the School of Law, concerning selected topics of significance for both theory and practice. The purpose of this type of cooperation is to improve expertise and exchange mutual experiences.

 

The Court and the School of Law will continue to carry out activities in line with the agreed plan, about which the public will be duly informed.
