During the first part of their visit, the guests were informed about the organizational structure and operation of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and through answers to numerous questions learned more about the WSS organization and functioning, with a particular emphasis on witnesses who have been granted protective measures. Also discussed were important aspects of cooperation between the WSS and the WPU (SIPA), with a stress on the high level of communication between the two institutions, especially in the sensitive area of witness protection.

During the second part of their visit, the guests were taken to see one of the eight courtrooms at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and they also had an opportunity to enter rooms for witnesses and rooms for video-link conferences, after which they thanked their hosts for the hospitality and the valuable information and experience they gained during the visit.
