The Criminal Defense Section (OKO) organized two one-day continuing professional trainings for defense lawyers on the "Amendments of the CPC BiH and discussion on possible amendments of the CC BiH".

The seminars took place in Sarajevo on 15 November and in Banja Luka on 18 November 2008. National legal experts Mr. Damjan Kaurinović, President of the Appellate Court of Brčko District BiH and Mr. Miodrag Simović, Judge of the BiH Constitutional Court have familiarized the defense counsels with the CPC BiH amendments as well as with the possible amendments of the CC BiH.
