The Suspect Mirko Vukmirović (previously Vladan Pejušić) Ordered in Custody

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued, on 14 March 2023, a decision in the case of Darko Elez and others putting out of force the Decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina of 10 June 2021 ordering the suspect Mirko Vukmirović (previously Vladan Pejušić) into custody. Having held the proceedings and the hearing on 14 March 2023, the Court ordered Mirko Vukmirović (previously Vladan Pejušić) into custody, which can last no longer than one month, running from the arrest day, that is, from 13 March 2023 to 13 April 2023, or until a new decision of the Court.

The suspect was ordered into custody was ordered on the ground of particular custody grounds set forth in Article 132(1) a), b) and c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is, due to a risk of flight, risk that he will influence the witnesses, accomplices or that he will repeat the criminal offense.

 

Mirko Vukmirović (previously Vladan Pejušić) has been suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 of the CC BiH, in connection with the criminal offenses of Aggravated Murder under Article 125 of the CC RS and Agreement to Commit Criminal Offense under Article 364 of the CC RS.
