In the case of Blaženko Rašević et al., on 31 March 2023 the Court of BiH partly granted the Motion filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 30 March 2023, and issued a Decision terminating custody of the suspect Adi Nukić, while imposing on him the following restrictive measures:

- ban on leaving place of residence;

- travel ban;

- ban on meeting with particular individuals.

The imposed restrictive measures may last for as long as necessary, or pending a different decision of the Court. Justifiability of the measures shall be subject to control on a bi-monthly basis.

The suspect has been warned that he may be remanded in case of violation of the obligations imposed by the Decision.

Adi Nukić is suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) CC BiH, as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 CC BiH.
