The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed Indictment against Dragan Vikić, Jusuf Pušina, Nermin Uzunović and Mladen Čovčić on 13 January 2017. According to the Indictment, the accused are charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 180 paragraph 1 of the CC of BIH.
At the plea hearing held on 27 February 2017, the accused Dragan Vikić, Jusuf Pušina, Nermin Uzunović and Mladen Čovčić pled not guilty.
The main trial was initiated on 21 March 2017. The defense is currently presenting its evidence.
