On 19 December 2017 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confrmed the Indictment charging the accused Vuk Ratković with the criminal offense of Crimes against Civilians under Article 142 of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia.
On 15 January 2018, the accused Vuk Ratković pleaded not guilty at a plea hearing in the case of Vuk Ratković.
The main trial was initiated on 19 February 2018.

In the criminal case against the accused Vuk Ratković, having completed the trial, on 19 September 2018 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered a judgment finding the accused Vuk Ratković guilty of the criminal offense of War Crimes Against Civilian Population under Article 142(1) of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (CC SFRY).
The Court sentenced the accused Vuk Ratković to 8 (eight) years of imprisonment.
