In its Decision dated 2 July 2018, the Court of BiH merged the criminal proceeding conducted under No. S1 1 K 028316 18 Kri, under the confirmed indictment against the accused Zdenko Grbavac and Željko Šimunović with the criminal proceeding against the accused Esad Ramić, Šefik Nikšić, Adnan Alikadić, Mitko Pirkić, Redžo Balić, Hamed Lukomirak, Safaudin Ćosić, Muhamed Cakić, Ismet Hebibović, Almir Padalović, Enes Jahić, Senadin Ćibo and Agan Ramić, which will henceforth be conducted under single No. S1 1 K 027417 18 Kri.

Grbavac Zdenko et al. Case

On 30 August 2018, in the case of Esad Ramić et al. (S1 1 K 027417 18 Kri), the criminal proceedings pending before this Court under No. S1 1 K 028727 18 Kri under the Indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, No. T20 0 KTRZ 0015774 18 of 4 June 2018 v. the accused Omer Borić, were joined with the proceedings pending before this Court under No. S1 1 K 027417 18 Kri, upon a partly confirmed Indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH No. T20 0 KTRZ 0001679 11 of 13 February 2018 and the confirmed Indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH No. T20 0 KTRZ 0015266 18 of 5 April 2018 against Esad Ramić, Šefik Nikšić, Adnan Alikadić, Mitko Pirkić, Redžo Balić, Hamed Lukomirak, Safaudin Ćosić, Muhamed Cakić, Ismet Hebibović, Almir Padalović, Enes Jahić, Senadin Ćibo, Agan Ramić, Zdenko Grbavac and Željko Šimunović, and thus the single proceedings will be conducted against all the accused under No. S1 1 K 027417 18 Kri.

Borić Omer Case

On 11 February 2019, in the case of Esad Ramić et al. (S1 1 K 027417 18 Kri), the Court rendered a decision to separate the proceedings against the Accused Zdenko Grbavac, because of his unavailability, into a new case No. S1 1 K 031663 19 Kri Zdenko Grbavac. On the same day, the Court rendered a decision to also separate the proceedings against the Accused Agan Ramić, because of his unavailability, into a new case No. S1 1 K 031665 19 Kri Agan Ramić.
