Indictment was confirmed on 11 September 2008. On 11 November 2008 the accused Mile Krsmanović, Miroslav Blagojević, Zdravko Vrečo, Dragan Mašić, Srđan Vilotić, Miro Prodanović, Goran Milošević, Ranko Stanković, Brankica Davidović i Ranka Dragičević pleaded not guilty.
On February 3, 2009, the Court did not accept jurisdiction for the criminal offences from the Indictment, stating that they are all within the jurisdiction of the entity criminal justice system.
On 30 June 2009, the Appellate pannel of the Section III for general crime, issued a decission revoking the first instance verdict. The case is reffered to the first instance court within its jurisdiction for further case proceeding.
