On 6 September 2019, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment in the case of Simo Đurić et al., charging the accused Simo Đurić with the continued criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(1) as read with Article 54 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), and the legal entity Pil Comerc d.o.o. Brčko with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(1) of the CC BiH, as read with Article 124, Subparagraph c), of the CC BiH, and Article 54 CC BiH.
At the arraignment held on 6 November 2019 in the case of Simo Đurić et al. the accused Simo Đurić and the legal entity “PIL COMERC” entered a not guilty plea concerning the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(1) of the CC BiH.
The main trial was initiated on 28 February 2020. The prosecution is currently presenting its evidence.

Having considered and accepted a Plea Agreement in Case No. S1 2 K 032193 19 K, the Court delivered a Judgment finding the accused Simo Đurić guilty of a continued criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(1) of the CC BiH, taken in conjunction with Article 54 of the CC BiH. The Court imposed a suspended sentence on the Accused, fixing a punishment of imprisonment for a term of eight (8) months and ordering at the same time that the sentence would not be carried out unless the Accused commits another crime over a period of three (3) years after the judgment became final. Pursuant to Articles 110 and 111 of the CC BIH, the Court confiscated a sum of 23,194.08 BAM from the accused Simo Đurić as proceeds of crime, ordering the Accused to pay that sum to the Budget of BiH within 10 (ten) months after the judgment became final. By the same judgment, the Court dismissed the charge that the legal entity PIL COMERCo.o. Brčko committed a continued criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(1) of the CC BiH, taken in conjunction with Article 54 and Article 124(c) of the CC BiH.
