In its decisions dated 29 January 2021 and 3 February 2021 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina partly confirmed the Indictment issued in the case of Šemsudin Muminović et al., charging the accused Šemsudin Muminović, Mujo Muratović, Rasim Omerović, Fadil Mujić, Asim Alić and Ismet Memić with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142(1) of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (CC SFRY) and War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 144 CC SFRY, all as read with Articles 22 and 30 of the Code. The Indictment was confirmed in relation to Counts 1, 2 and 4, while it was refused in relation to Count 3.
