At the arraignment held in the case of Branislav Lasica et al. (S1 1 K 041879 21 Kro) the accused Branislav Lasica and Miroslav Milović pleaded not guilty to the criminal offenses of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173(1)(a), (b), (c), (e) and (f) of the CC BiH, Organizing a Group of People and Instigating the Perpetration of Genocide, Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes under Article 176 of the CC BiH, Violation of the Laws or Customs of War under Article 179(1) and (2)(b) of the CC BiH, taken in conjunction with Articles 29, 30, 31, 34, 176(1) and (4), 180(1) and 247, 248 and 249 of the CC BiH.
