On 11 January 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment dated 22 December 2021, charging the accused Zoran Ilić and Radenko Ilić with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h), as read with Subparagraph i), all in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the arraignment held in the case of Zoran Ilić et al. (S1 1 K 020064 21 Kro), the accused Zoran Ilić and Radenko Ilić pled not guilty to the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)(h) in connection with sub-paragraph (i), all in connection with Articles 29 and 180(1) of the CC BiH.
