The Court of BiH confirmed, on 30 August 2021, an indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH charging the accused Ranko Češić, Slobodan Ljubičić and Stojan Petrović with commission of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1) h) of the CC BiH, in connection with Paragraph a), all as read with Article 29, Article 31 and Article 180 (1) of the CC BiH, in connection with Sub-paragraphs e) and g), and Article 53 of the CC BiH.
At the plea hearing held on 28 July 2022, the accused Stojan Petrović pled not guilty.
