On 11 February 2021, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the case of Radomir Nenadić et al.
At the plea hearing held on 25 May 2021, the accused Ratko Đurković pled not guilty.
The main trial in this case commenced on 05 June 2021. Currently underway is the presentation of evidence by the Prosecutor.

On 20 October 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina pronounced a Trial Judgment in the case of Ratko Đurković (S1 1 K 036818 21 Kri) acquitting the accused Ratko Đurković of all charges pursuant to Article 284c) CPC BiH, for it was not proven that by the acts described in the operative part of the Judgment he committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h) as read with Subparagraphs a) and d) of the Criminal Coe of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173(1)f) and the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175a), all in conjunction with Article 180(2) CC BiH.
