U optužnici se navodi da je optuženi Tripković, dana 30. aprila 1992. godine, u večernjim satima, naoružan, došao u kuću u naselju Donje Polje u Foči, te upotrebom sile i prijetnje izvršio silovanje nad ženskom osobom. Optuženi Tripković je, navodno, u istoj kući, u nekoliko navrata, psihički zlostavljao žensku osobu. Nadalje, optuženi Tripković je tačno neutvrđenog dana, u drugoj polovini mjeseca juna 1992. godine, na vratima jedne kuće usmrtio muškarca.

Judgment / Decision:
Having held a guilty plea agreement consideration hearing and a sentencing hearing, on 24 May 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina publicly pronounced a Judgment finding the accused Novica Tripković guilty of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)g) as read with Article 53 and Article 180(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By the application of relevant legal provisions, the Court sentenced the accused to 8 (eight) years of imprisonment, as proposed in the guilty plea agreement, while taking as already established the sentence of 15 (fifteen) years of imprisonment imposed by a final judgment of the Court of BiH No. S1 1 K 014590 17 Kvl dated 12 September 2017, so it ultimately imposed on the accused a compound sentence of 20 (twenty) years of imprisonment.
