The factual substrate of the indictment:

According to the Indictment, between mid-May and at least until late September 1992, in the territory of Sokolac municipality, in the framework of a widespread and systematic attack launched by the Territorial Defense of the Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within which the Sokolac Municipality Territorial defense was formed and operated, subsequently the Army of the Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Army of Republika Srpska, and by the police forces of the Ministry of Interior of the Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sokolac Municipality Public Security Station, aimed against the civilian population, the Bosniaks of Sokolac municipality, in his capacity as a member of the Military Police Company of the 2^nd  rmt Brigade of the Army of Republika Srpska, the accused Nikola Koprivica took part in persecution by way of forced transfer of population and murder of the Bosniak civilian population from the village of Novoseoci, Municipality of Sokolac, in the manner described in more detail in the Indictment.
