According to the Indictment, between January 2010 and late 2019, with the aim of obtaining ill-gotten gain, the accused Jasmina Bureković, as an official person in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, submitted false calculations, or false payment orders, in which way she mislead the authorized persons to make unlawful payments, thus obtaining for herself ill-gotten gain in the total amount of 34,440.00 Eur, its countervalue being 67,358.79 KM, which is the amount the BiH Communications Regulatory Agency and consequently the BiH budget have been deprived of.

On 31 August 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment issued in the case of Jasmina Bureković (S1 2 K 035457 22 Ko), charging the accused Jasmina Bureković with the continued criminal offense of Fraud in Office under Article 222(3) as read with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), all in conjunction with Article 54 CC BiH.
At the plea hearing held on 07 Oktober 2022, the accuesed Jasmina Bureković pled not guilty.
The main trial in this case commenced on 25 Oktober 2022. Currently underway is the presentation of evidence by the Prosecutor.
