On 12 January 2011, the Court issued a Decision on merging the cases of Dragan Nešković and another (S1 1 K 002995 10 KrI) and Dragan Crnogorac (S1 1 K 003625 KrI), therefore from now on the case in relation to the accused Dragan Nešković, Zoran Ilić and Dragan Crnogorac shall be processed under the number of Dragan Nešković et al. (S1 1 K 002995 KrI).
