On 21 April 2011, in Dario Perić et al. (S1 2 K 003500 11 K) case, the Court decided on the severance of the proceedings in relation to the accused Dario Perić, Aleksandar Milić, Ermin Rahić, Alen Katica, Tomislav Perić, Šimo Šlivić, Josip Prca, Hamdija Rizvanbegović and Slobodan Miličević for the reasons of plea agreement. Proceedings in relation to these persons shall be conducted as Dario Perić et al. (S1 2 K 005721 11 K), while the proceedings in relation to Desko Toholj, Gordan Kosjerina, Luka Raguž, Musair Đulić and Amir Ivanković continues under the name of Desko Toholj et al. (S1 2 K 003500 11 K).

Perić Dario et al. case

On 14 July 2011, in the Desko Toholj et al. (S1 2 K 003500 10 K) case, the court rendered a decision thereby separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Raguž Luka and Đulić Musair.  The proceeding against these accused will be processed under the name Raguž Luka et al. (S1 2 K 006404 11 K). The Court also rendered a decision on separation of the proceedings in relation to the accused Toholj Desko due to the plea agreement.  The proceeding in relation to this accused will be processed under the name Toholj Desko (S1 2 K 006405 11 K).  The proceeding in relation to the accused Ivanković Amir and Kosjerina Gordan will from now on be processed under the name Ivanković Amir et al (S1 2 K 003500 K).

On 4 October 2011, the Court rendered a decision in the Gordan Kosjerina and another (S1 2 K 003500 11 K) case on separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Amir Ivanković; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Amir Ivanković (S1 2 K 007482 11 K) while proceeding in relation to the accused Gordan Kosjerina shall continue to be processed under the number of Gordan Kosjerina (S1 2 K 003500 11 K).
