On 10 May 2013, in the Đemo Ždralović et al. (S1 2 K 010234 12 K) case, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH dropped the charges against the accused Mirsad Hrnjić. On 14 May 2013, the Court rendered a decision on termination of prohibitive measures and bail in relation to this accused.

The Court of Bosnia and Hercegovine handed on 23 March 2012  a decision on ordering custody against Karić Izet, Ždralović Đemo, Hrnjić Mirsad and Krečinić Eldar.  The custody against Ždralović Đemu and Krečinić Eldar was terminated and prohibitive measures ordered on 22 June 2012. The prohibitive measures ordered for the accused Ždralović and Krečinić were terminated on 25 April 2013. On 12 September 2012, the Court rendered a decision ordering bail and prohibitive measures in relation to Hrnjić Eldar.  The prohibitive measures in relation to Fočo Džehrimana and Krečinić Đenita were ordered by the decision rendered on 27 March 2012. On 24 June 2013, the Court rendered the decision terminating prohibitive measures of the accused Đemo Ždralović and Eldar Krečinić. The decision to terminate the custody with refference to the accused Karić Izet was rendered on 17 July 2013. On 4 November 2013 the Court rendered the decision terminating prohibitive measures of the accused Đenita Krečinić and Džehrimana Fočo.
