Оn 13 October 2014, in the Dragiša Kenjić et al. (S1 2 K 012688 14 K) case, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH dropped the charges against the accused Nebojša Brborić. 

In the Predrag Ilić et al. (S1 2 K 012688 13 K) case, the Court rendered the decision separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Veljko Ilić, Dražen Grubišić, Spasoje Miličević, Ljubiša Samardžić, Gordan Radovanović and Ranko Vuković, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Veljko Ilić et al. (S1 2 K 014064 13 K).

The Court rendered the decision on 8 November 2013,  in the Predrag Ilić et al. (S1 2 K 012688 13 K) case,  separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Mario Sivoš and Mile Ćorić; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Mario Sivoš et al. (S1 2 K 014232 13 K).
