On 5 March 2014, the Court rendered the decision in the case Bajović Lazar i dr (S1 2 K 012856 13 K) by which the proceeding against the accused Bajović Lazar, Vujović Milan, Vujović Duško, Vujović Darko, Ždrale Miloš and Đurica Slaviša separated and will be procesed under the name jović Lazar et al. (S1 2 K 015415 14 K). The case with refference to the other accused will be processed under the name Jukić Josip i dr. (S1 2 K 012856 13 K).

In the Josip Jukić et al.
