On 3 April 2013, the Court rendered a decision ordering custody for the accused Safet Ahmetaj. The Court ordered the prohibitive measures in relation to Enes Pouraslan, Nedžad Hamzić and Alen Rizvić by the decision rendered on 25 April 2013. On 17 September 2013, the Court rendered the decision terminating the prohibitive measures of the accused Nedžad Hamzić and Alen Rizvić which were ordered by the decision dated 25 April 2013.
In the Safet Ahmetaj et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko) case, on 12 November 2013, the Court rendered the decision separating and merging the proceedings in relation to the accused Safet Ahmetaj with the case of Safet Ahmetaj (S1 2 K 013737 13 K) while proceedings in relation to other accused shall continue to be processed under the number of Azra Hasić et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko).
On 2 December 2013, in the case Azra Hasić et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko) the Court issued a decision separating the proceedings in relation to the accused persons: Enesa Pouraslan, Resul Avmedova, Azra Hasić, Almir Karajić and Alen Rizvić, so they will henceforth be conducted under the following case numbers: Enesa Pouraslan (S1 2 K 014437 13 K); Resul Avmedov (S1 2 K 014438 13 K); Azra Hasić (S1 2 K 014436 13 K); Almir Karajić (S1 2 K 014439 13 K) and Alen Rizvić (S1 2 K 014440 13 K), while the proceedings in relation to the other accused persons shall continue under the case number Asghar Pouraslan et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko).
On 17 December 2013, in the Asghar Pouraslan et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko) case, the Court rendered the decision separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Vesna Nezirević, Edin Pehlić, Mehmed Rizvić, Arif Hašić, Azmir Karajić and Atif Karajić, therefore from now these cases shall be processed under the numbers: Vesna Nezirević (S1 2 K 014619 13 K); Edin Pehlić (S1 2 K 014620 13 K); Mehmed Rizvić (S1 2 K 014621 13 K); Arif Hašić (S1 2 K 014624 13 K); Azmir Karajić (S1 2 K 014625 13 K) and Atif Karajić (S1 2 K 014627 13 K) while proceeding in relation to other accused Asghar Pouraslan, Nedžad Hamzić, Šefik Topčagić, Eldin Šabić, Borislav Erić, Mihailo Ristić, Mladen Gluhović, Nermin Muratović and Safet Sadiković shall continue to be processed under the number of Asghar Pouraslan et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko).
The Court rendered the decision on 19 December 2013, in the Asghar Pouraslan et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko) case, separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Nermin Muratović, Šefik Topčagić and Eldin Šabić; therefore from now on these cases shall be processed under the numbers of Nermin Muratović (S1 2 K 014661 13 K); Šefik Topčagić (S1 2 K 014663 13 K) and Eldin Šabić (S1 2 K 014664 13 K).
The Court rendered the decision in the Asghar Pouraslan et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Asghar Pouraslan; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Asghar Pouraslan (S1 2 K 014759 13 K) while proceedings in relation to the accused Nedžad Hamzić, Borislav Erić, Mihailo Ristić, Mladen Gluhović and Safet Sadiković shall continue to be processed under the number of Nedžad Hamzić et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko).
On 21 January 2014, the Court rendered the decision in the Azra Hasić (S1 2 K 014436 13 K) case merging the proceedings in relation to the accused Azra Hasić with the proceedings in the case of Nedžad Hamzić et al. (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko).
On 14 February 2014, in the Azra Hasić (S1 2 K 011969 13 Ko) case, the Court rendered the decision merging the proceedings in relation to the accused Azra Hasić with the proceedings in the case of Safet Ahmetaj; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Safet Ahmetaj et al. (S1 2 K 013737 13 K).
The Court rendered the decision on 14 March 2014 in the case Nedžad Hamzić et al on separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Nedžad Hamzić. The proceeding against the accused Hamzić will be processed under the name Nedžad Hamzić, while the proceeding against the accused Sadiković Safet and Milorad Rašević will be processed under the name Sadiković Safet et al.
