The Court of BiH rendered on 14 March 2013, the decision ordering the custody for Čoker Mirabela, Helvida Almir, Imamović Elmir and Mustafić Huso.    On 18 April 2013, the decision on ordering the prohibitive measures for Selimović Husein was delivered. On 7 June 2013, the decision on terminating the custody and ordering the prohibitive measures for Helvida Almir, Imamović Elmir and Mustafić Huso was delivered.  The decision on terminating the custody and ordering the prohibitive measures in relation to Čoker Mirabela was delivered on 10 June 2013.  On 20 June 2013, the Court renmdered the decision on ordering the prohibitive measures in relation to Klobodanović Nermina.  On 29 April 2014, the Court rendered a decision on termination of the prohibitive measures for the accused Selimović Husein.

In the Husein Selimović et al. (S1 2 K 012648 13 K) case, the Court rendered the decision on 20 December 2013 on separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Mirabela Čoker, Almir Helvida, Elmir Imamović and Nermina Klobodanović; therefore from now these cases shall be processed under the numbers of Mirabela Čoker (S1 2 K 014679 13 K); Almir Helvida (S1 2 K 014683 13 K); Elmir Imamović (S1 2 K 014684 13 K) and Nermina Klobodanović (S1 2 K 014685 13 K) while proceedings in relation to the accused Husein Selimović and Huso Mustafić shall continue to be processed under the number of Husein Selimović et al. (S1 2 K 012648 13 K).

On 29 January 2014, the Court rendered the decision in the Husein Selimović et al. (S1 2 K 012648 13 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Huso Mustafić; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Huso Mustafić (S1 2 K 014985 14 K) while proceedings in relation to the accused Husein Selimović shall continue to be processed under the number of Husein Selimović (S1 2 K 012648 13 K).
