The Court rendered the decision on 31 May 2013 terminating the custody and the ordering the prohibitive measures for Čule Tihomir. On 9 May 2014 the Court rendered the decision ordering custody for the accused Murtezi Fatmir. On 16 September 2015 the Court rendered the decision on terminating the prohibitive measures for the accused Čule Tihomir.

The Court rendered the decision on 25 August 2014 in the Tihomir Čule et al. (S1 2 K 015636 14 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Milijan Boras and Vedran Derviškadić; therefore from now on these cases shall be conducted under the numbers of Milijan Boras (S1 2 K 017003 14 K) and Vedran Derviškadić (S1 2 K 017005 14 K).

(S1 2 K 015636 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision on 16 October 2014 on separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Danijel Čepo, Feđa Jahura, Denis Puljić, Nikola Martinović and Željka Boras, therefore from now on these cases shall be conducted under the numbers of Danijel Čepo (S1 2 K 017317 14 K), Feđa Jahura (S1 2 K 017318 14 K), Denis Puljić (S1 2 K 017320 14 K), Nikola Martinović (S1 2 K 017321 14 K) and Željka Boras (S1 2 K 017322 14 K) while proceedings in relation to the accused Tihomir Čule and Fatmir Murtezi shall continue to be conducted under the number of Tihomir Čule et al. (S1 2 K 015636 14 K).
