In the Miroslav Rakić et al. In Miroslav Rakić et al. (S1 2 K 015894 14 Ko), on 17 October 2014 the Court issued a decision separating the proceedings in relation to Miroslav Flovarek, Dragan Šinik, Radomir Đekić and Milan Samardžić, so in the future the new case will be filed under the name of Miroslav Flovarek et al.
