The Court rendered the decision separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Ramiz Čović, therefore from now on this case shall be conducted under the number of Ramiz Čović (S1 2 K 018824 15 Ko) while proceedings in relation to other accused shall continue to be conducted under the number of Mesud Begić et al. (S1 2 K 009401 14 Ko).

Ramiz Čović case 

On 3 February 2016, the Court rendered the decision in the Mesud Begić et al. (S1 2 K 009401 15 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Arif Čović, Hasib Čović and Husmir Čović; therefore from now on this case shall be conducted under the number of Arif Čović et al. (S1 2 K 020762 16 K).

Čović Arif et al. case 

On 2 March 2016 , in the case of Mesud Begić et al. (S1 2 K 009401 15 K), the Court issued a decision severing the proceedings in relation to the accused Mesud Begić and Emira Secgin Recep, so in the future the case will be labeled Mesud Begić et al. (S1 2 K 021094 16 K), while the proceedings in relation to the other accused persons will continue under Almir Čović et al. (S1 2 K 009401 15 K).

On 30 March 2016 in the Almir Čović et al. (S1 2 K 009401 15 K) case, the Court rendered the decision separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Safet Šabić, therefore from now on this case shall be conducted under the number of Safet Šabić (S1 2 K 021432 16 K).
