On 22 January 2016, the Court rendered the decision in the Danko Dragoje et al. (S1 2 K 017901 15 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Slađan Dragičević, Semir Habibija and Edin Arnautović, therefore from now on the case in relation to the accused Slađan Dragičević and Semir Habibija shall be conducted under the number of Slađan Dragičević et al. (S1 2 K 020675 16 K), while in relation to the accused Edin Arnautović shall be conducted under the number of Edin Arnautović (S1 2 K 020676 16 K).
