On 12 December 2014 the Court rendered the decision ordering custody for the following individuals: Lokaj Ali, Muharemi Nijazi, Mehović Hakija, Milić Vidak i Eljšani Agim. On 17 December 2014, the decision was rendered ordering the prohibitive measures for Planinčić Nermin. On 27 May 2015 the Court issued a decision to terminate custody of Hakija Mehović.

On 9 July 2015, the Court rendered the decision in the Ali Lokaj et al. (S1 2 K 018910 15 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Nijazi Muharemi and Nermin Planinčić, therefore from now on this case shall be conducted under the number of Nijazi Muharemi et al. (S1 2 K 019324 15 K).
