On 26 October 2015 the Court rendered the decision in the Fatih Hasanović et al. (S1 2 K 018991 15 Ko) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Mehmed Tutmić; therefore from now on this case shall be conducted under the number of Mehmed Tutmić (S1 2 K 019881 15 Ko).  

Tutmić Mehmed Case 

On 7 March 2016, in the case of Fatih Hasanović et al. (S1 2 K 018991 15 K) the Court severed the case in relation to the accused Emin Hodžić because of a guilty plea agreement. The case shall from now on be filed under No. S1 2 K 021145 16 K.

Hodžić Emin Case 

On 14 March 2016, the Court rendered the decision in the Fatih Hasanović et al. (S1 2 K 018991 15 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Fatih Hasanović, therefore from now on this case shall be conducted under the number of Fatih Hasanović (S1 2 K 021260 16 K) while proceedings in relation to other accused shall continue to be conducted under the number of Enes Mešić et al. (S1 2 K 018991 15 K).
