On 26 June 2024 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomed a group of national and international young researchers from the Post Conflict Research Center (PCRC) in Sarajevo and a group of students from the University of Denver, U.S..

In the framework of their visit to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the students had the opportunity to talk to a legal advisor from the Legal Department of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who presented to them a detailed summary of the structure, organization, jurisdiction and operation of the Court. A representative of the Witness Support Section informed them about her team’s method of operation and the specificities of working with witnesses appearing before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while a representative of the Public Information and Outreach Office explained the importance of two-way communication with the public and the media, and the methods by which to achieve that communication.

The students had enough time to ask a couple of questions and were interested in learning more about the work of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the end of the visit, the students thanked their hosts for a quality organization of the visit and for the useful information they received.
