Criminal Defense Section (OKO) organized 3 continuing professional trainings for defense lawyers at the topic of:

-         “Advocacy” in Banja Luka on 14 and 15 September 2007

-         “Opening and Closing Statements” in Sarajevo on 17 September 2007

-         “Opening and Closing Statements” in Sarajevo on 18 September 2007

The lectures on the above mentioned topics were presented by Mr. James R. Gailey lawyer from the USA. Seminar was implemented on the basis of practical work and each participant had an opportunity to take part in exercises of direct and cross examination of witnesses and in exercises of opening and closing statements.
