The Criminal Defence Section of the Registry of the Court of BiH has organized this year’s sixth IHL training for Advocates wishing to appear before the Court of BiH.

The seminar took place in Banja Luka on 15 & 16 November 2007. The International Humanitarian Law Seminar is taught together with the International Committee of the Red Cross. The course covers War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Genocide as well as other relevant topics such as Command Responsibility. The course is taught by a combination of lectures and participatory exercises.
