OKO organized in September a series of CPT seminars on Advocacy. The lecturer, Mr. James R. Gaily is an experienced US criminal defense lawyer and a certified advocacy lecturer who has lectured before at OKO seminars. The seminars took place in Sarajevo, as follows:
