Radoman Fundup enters not guilty plea

At the plea hearing held before Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the accused Radoman Fundup entered a not guilty plea.

 

On 7 January 2015 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment charging the accused Radoman Fundup with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)a) and k) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina as read with Article 180(1) and Article 29 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

The Indictment alleges that the accused Radoman Fundup, as a member of the 1st Foča Light Infantry Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, during the armed conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within a widespread and systematic attack carried out by the army and the police of the so-called Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, subsequently Republika Srpska, between April and late June 1992, against Bosniak civilians in the territory of the Foča municipality, knowing of the attack and that his actions constitute part of the attack, committed mental abuse and murder of other persons.
