A status conference before Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Radoman Fundup case, has been scheduled for 17 February 2015, beginning at 14:30 hours, in Courtroom 3.

 

On 7 January 2015, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment  charging the accused Radoman Fundup with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1) Subparagraphs a) and k) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with Article 180(1) and Article 29 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

The Indictment alleges that the accused Radoman Fundup, as a member of the 1^st Foča Light Infantry Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, during the armed conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the framework of a widespread and systematic attack carried out by the army and police of the so-called Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, subsequently Republika Srpska, launched between April and late June 1992 against Bosniak civilians in the Foča municipality, knowing of the attack and that his actions constituted part of the attack, mentally abused and killed other persons.
