A plea hearing before Section I for War Crimes of the Court of BiH in the Radosav Milovanović case has been scheduled for 26 February 2015, beginning at 1 p.m., Courtroom 8.

 

On 26 January 2015 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment charging the accused Radosav Milovanović with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142(1) of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia.

 

The Indictment alleges that the accused Radosav Milovanović, as a member of the Republika Srpska Army, during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the armed conflict between the Republika Srpska Army and the Army of BiH, during the month of May 1992, in the territory of the Srebrenica municipality, raped a women using threat and force.
