On 23 January 2015 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina partly confirmed the Indictment charging Dušan Milunić, Radomir Stojnić, Radovan Četić, Duško Zorić, Zoran Stojnić, Željko Grbić, Ilija Zorić, Zoran Milunić, Boško Grujičić, Ljubiša Četić, Rade Grujčić, Uroš Grujčić, Zdravko Antonić and Rajko Gnjatović with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h), as read with Subparagraphs a), d), e), f), g) and k) and Article 180 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment, inter alia, states that during the period of 23-28 July 1992, within a widespread and systematic attack by the army and police of the Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, directed against the Bosniak population of the village of Zecovi, Municipality of Prijedor, specifically: Dušan Milunić as commander of the Rasavačka Company operating within the 6th Battalion of the 43rd Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army; Radomir Stojnić as commander of the Reserve Police Station Rasavci; Radovan Četić as the SDS and Crisis Staff President for the village of Rasavci, and the other accused as members of the mentioned Company, knowingly and significantly participated in a joint criminal enterprise launched by the civilian and military authorities of the Prijedor municipality, with the intention to persecute Bosniaks and Croats, resulting in the killing, forcible transfer of population, torture, detention etc. As a consequence of the joint criminal enterprise in the territory of the Zecovi village, at least 150 Bosniak civilians were killed, 30 of them in the camps set up in the Prijedor municipality, while the other civilians were killed in other locations and under different circumstances following their expulsion from the village of Zecovi.
