The Indictment alleges that in the period from April 1992 to late September 1994, during a widespread and systematic attack of elements of Yugoslav People Army (JNA), military, paramilitary and police forces of Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and later Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska directed against civilian Bosniak and other non-Serb population in the territory of Municipality of Bijeljina, knowing of the attack and that their actions make part of the attack conducted persecution of civilian Bosniak population from Janja on political, national, ethnic, cultural and religious grounds as active members of RS Ministry of Internal Affairs, Bijeljina Security Services Center as follows: Zoran Bogdanović, in the capacity as Commander of Branch Police Station Janja in the period from early June 1992 to 1 December 1992, Milan Đokić, in the capacity as Commander of Branch Police Station Janja in the period from 2 December 1992 to 21 June 1993 and later in the capacity as Deputy Commander of the said Station, Ljubiša Ikić, in the capacity as Commander of Branch Police Station from 1 July 1993 to 30 June 1994 and later as Deputy Commander of the said Station, and Branislav Tršić, as active member of RS Ministry of Internal Affairs, Bijeljina Security Services Center and operations officer of Nacional Security Service in the period from second half of 1993 to June 1994.
