During the regular custody justification review, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 31 May 2016 terminating the custody in relation to the Accused Dušan Milunić, Radomir Stojnić, Radovan Četić, Zoran Stojnić, Željko Grbić, Ilija Zorić, Zoran Milunić, Boško Grujčić, Rade Grujčić, Uroš Grujčić, Zdravko Antonić and Rajko Gnjatović and ordered the following prohibiting measures:
- Ban on leaving the place of residence - house arrest – (authorized officials will at least once a day randomly check the implementation of this measure)
- Travel ban, along with the seizure of valid travel documents, the prohibition of issuance of travel documents, as well as the prohibition to use the identity card for crossing the State border of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Ban on meeting or contacting in any way (directly or inidrectly) with witnesses mentioned in the Prosecution Motion and approaching them at the distance below 50 meters as well as contacting them in any way either personally or through other persons.
The imposed prohibiting measures may last as long as necessary, or pending a new Decision of the Court. The review of justifiability of the measures shall be carried out on a bimonthly basis.
If the Accused violate any of the imposed prohibiting measures, they may be ordered into custody.
Dušan Milunić, Radomir Stojnić, Radovan Četić, Zoran Stojnić, Željko Grbić, Ilija Zorić, Zoran Milunić, Boško Grujčić, Rade Grujčić, Uroš Grujčić, Rajko Gnjatović, Duško Zorić and Ljubiša Četić are charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity in violation of 172(1) (e) as read with subparagraph (h) in conjunction with (a), d), e), f), g) and k), all in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180 (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
