Due to the increased public interest, and for the purpose of providing timely and objective information to the public, the Court finds it purposeful to issue a following press release.

On 18 August 2025, in a closed chamber session, within the legal time-frame, the Appellate Division Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued and sent out a Decision dismissing as ill-founded the appeal filed by Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska, represented by attorney Goran Bubić, from the Decision of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina No. 06-01-07-1-939/25 of 6 August 2025, terminating the term of office of the Republika Srpska President, Milorad Dodik.
