In the case No. S1 2 K 041757 21 Krn – Veljko Ugrenović et al., on 12 August 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina granted the Motion filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina of 12 August 2022 and issued a Decision ordering custody of the suspects Bojan Roguljić and Nedeljko Lubura, which under the Decision may last for a maximum of one month, running from the day of arrest, from 11 August 2022 to 11 September 2022, or pending a new decision of the Court.
Custody was ordered on the existence of particular custody grounds referred to in Article 132(1), Subparagraphs a), b) and c), of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or for flight risk, concern that they will destroy, hide, alter or forge the evidence and traces important for the criminal proceedings, interfere with the witnesses, accomplices and accessories, and concern that they will repeat the criminal offense.
Bojan Roguljić and Nedeljko Lubura are suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) CCBiH, as read with the criminal offense of Smuggling of People under Article 189 CCBiH, Failure to Report a Criminal Offence or a Perpetrator under Article 232 CCBiH, Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220 CCBiH and Forging a Document under Article 347 CCRS.
