12.06.2023, 14:45

On 9 June 2023, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued in the case of Bojan Cvijetić and others a decision repealing the Decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina of 12 July 2022 ordering the suspect Milivoj Todorović into custody.

Once the extradition procedure was conducted, the suspect Milivoj Todorović was under the same decision ordered into custody which can last no longer than one month, running from the arrest day, namely from 9 June 2023 to 9 July 2023, or until a new Court’s decision.

The suspect Milivoj Todorović was ordered into custody due to the existing grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), in connection with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the CC BiH, as well as due to a particular custody reason set forth in Article 132(1) a) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is, due to a risk of flight.
