Prohibitive measures on the suspects in Nezir Agan et al. imposed

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina /Court/ issued Decision No. S1 1 K 041787 21 Krn on 9 December 2021, denying a consolidated Motion by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina /BiH/ dated 9 December 2021 seeking pre-trial custody for the suspects Nezir Agan, Vahid Alađuz, Senad Gadžo and Suljo Hebib. Under the same decision, the Court imposed the following prohibitive measures:

 

  1. Travel ban, under Article 126(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code /CPC/ of BiH: the suspects are prohibited from traveling outside of BiH.
  2. Ban on meeting with particular individuals, under Article 126a paragraph 1(c) of the CPC BiH: the suspects are prohibited from meeting with or contacting in any way (directly or indirectly) the witnesses referred to in the Motion by the Prosecutor's Office of dated 9 December 2021 as well as other potential witnesses, including staying at least 100 meters away from them. The suspects are also prohibited from communicating with the co-suspects, co-perpetrators and other accessories to the crime in question.
