In the case of Slaven Radinković et al. on 17 March 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision granting the Prosecutor’s Motion to terminate custody of the suspects Slaven Radinković, Jovan Šuman, Igor Zarić and Damjan Tepić; custody was initially ordered by Court’s Decision on 21 February 2023. At the same time, the following restrictive measures are imposed on the suspects:
- mandatory reporting to the state authority referred to in Article a(1)d) CPC BiH;
- ban on meeting with particular individuals referred to in Article 126.a(1)c) CPC BiH.
The imposed restrictive measures may last for as long as necessary or pending a different decision of the Court. Justifiability of the imposed measures shall be checked on a bi-monthly basis.
The suspects are suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraphs 2 and 3, of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH) as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in narcotic Drugs under Article 195 CC BiH.
