On 4 June 2025 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision in the case of Ognjen Orašanin et al. (S1 2 K 047720 22 Krn), granting the Motion filed by the suspect’s Defense on 22 May 2025, terminating the custody of the suspect Ognjen Orašanin, granting the offered bail in the amount of 437,600.00 BAM, and imposing the following restrictive measures:

- ban on leaving his place of residence,

- travel ban,

- ban on meeting with specific individuals,

- mandatory periodical reporting to a state authority.

The imposed restrictive measures may remain in force for as long as necessary, or until the Court issues a different decision, while their justifiability shall be checked on a bimonthly basis. The suspect is particularly warned that he may be remanded in custody in case he breaches any of the obligations imposed by the Decision.

The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(3) CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH.
